TMS Global combines profile questionnaire completion, processing and supply of online profiles in one seamless workflow for you and your clients. It is currently available for the Team Management Profile, Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient (QO₂) Profile and Window on Work Values Profile.

From this page you can:

• Download quick start user guidance for Self Service use (where you do all your own administration)
• Download quick start user guidance and supporting documentation for TMSDI’s Managed Bureau Service (where we do the set-up administration on your behalf)
• Access a series of short quick start videos to help support you in your use of TMS Global, whether as a Self Service or Bureau user.
